Nikita Tulip, Financial Adviser

Being a Financial Adviser suits my personality – I am organised, results driven and won’t stop until I have found the right solution. I am also a people person who loves to understand and work with clients who find organising their money a bit of a challenge.

My previous roles, both as a Client and Sales Coordinator within an Estate Agents and as an Insurance Consultant within a large Insurance Brokerage have honed my skills in identifying my clients’ needs, creating bespoke plans and ensuring they are on track to achieving their goals. Whether that be purchasing their dream home or getting on the property ladder, protecting their families or business, or saving and investing for a big life event or for an income in retirement.

In my spare time I love being outdoors, either camping with my partner Neil, having Barbecues on the beach, swimming in the sea or finding a river to jump in and simply enjoying the beautiful countryside around us. My other passion is snowboarding, which I took up a few years ago and I instantly fell in love with it. I try to go once a year with my friends when possible, who are helping me work on my skill set and I’m now building up the courage to go off-piste.

Kathy Govett, Practice Administrator

In recent years I have worked as an Accounts Assistant at Stags Estate Agents and more recently as an Administrator of a Care Home in Sidmouth. Prior to moving to Devon I successfully ran two post offices in Suffolk with my husband, Bruce.

My responsibilities include business processing, Practice management, creating and updating client valuations and managing Fiona’s diary.

Outside of work I am a Chaplain with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team providing emotional and spiritual care to those affected by man-made or natural disasters.

Charlie Brown, Practice Administrator

I graduated from University in 2018 having taken a BA Hons in Theology. Alongside my course, I worked in a local church as their youth worker for the three years. In recent years I have also worked in bookkeeping and payroll at Partners In Payroll in Exmouth. I took A-Levels in Maths, Spanish, Philosophy and Ethics.

My role as Practice Administrator includes providing administrative support to the Practice to ensure high levels of service are delivered to our clients. I assist with the daily operation of the office including handling queries, preparing and maintaining client records, progressing applications and generally supporting the team.

Outside of work I continue to support the youth and children's programmes at my church in Exmouth.
